"I ordered food from them on deliveroo and arrived spilling all over the bag, the delivery guy was just plain rude and pretended the food wasn't even spilled. "Let me tell you about my experience and you can judge for your self. At night they use their own drivers for delivery - not Deliveroo riders. I ordered food which was not delivered in over an hour and a half. I called them and mentioned - they first said they could not reach me on the phone, then they said that that someone answered and then did not come. This inconsistency is because it was not true - I received no call, and therefore obviously could not answer. When I mentioned this to Deliveroo, they refused to take action as the restaurant claimed they tried to reach me. I was not contacted - no call, no doorbell, no message. I have the screenshots to prove it. When I called they said they were too busy to process my request. I have not received either refund or food. So it seems to me a way of not sending food and keeping the money. I guess some of us can shrug off this money or time, but I wish they realise that not all of us can."
