"When we recently celebrated the Indian festival of lights, we decided to have Chole Bhature as part of our celebrations. I ask Sun and Sand if they would be able to cook for us. The father, who is a curry chef, said he'd make it for us even though it was not on their menu and is a bit difficult to make it. It's worth noting that it was an absolute blast. There is nothing like a mother's love to make bread that is soft and tasty. As soon as I've arrived in Greystones, I've ordered from them on a regular basis. This is a small family business that was started during the pandemic. If you're looking to get a real flavour of Indian cuisine, I strongly recommend ordering from this restaurant. It's a great value compared to other Indian restaurants in the area, and the food is excellent. Panner Kadhai, chicken Chettinad, and lamb biryani are my favourite dishes. When I miss my mom's cooking, I order from this restaurant because I know the chef who cooks there is an Indian mom and they cook meals that taste just like my mom's. If you're a spice enthusiast and can handle the heat, request them Indian spicy, which is 10 times hotter than a regular curry. Namaste."
