"Shocking experience tonight. Food has always been good but very rude manager, a lady who behaved so appalling. our order had no biryani sauce and a caprisun for kids meal so i rang to ask them . she said that she checked herself and it’s in there and identified the wrong person with a child collecting our order - it was all a lie. She had no clue but was so argumentative then said people always ring to claim things are missing and i explained i have nothing to lie it’s not there and she described the wrong customer. when i said we always order and we are not lieing she mentioned the whole of ratoath orders from Taj and not a big deal that we order from there - she wa argumentative, refused to listen and accused us of lieing . We are encouraged to support local business but how do you support a rude business ? and going through the review i noticed other people have experienced same and nothing has changed . it’s sad and appalling and after this i rather go to cinnamon garden in ashbourne then taj even though they are the only local indian in ratoath. however the food is good but no matter what no customer likes to be abused and it appear this place it has been happening with the manager and owners and not making any improvement . Sad and appalling customer service . extremely rude manager. They should have camera at food collection point so when customer complaints they can review what happened especially with such a rude manager and of course with GDPR applied . never again - not worth the abuse although it’s a local business. Please review what other have experienced with collection . helpful to avoid being abused and made so upset"

"Had a really nice meal here last week. Seafood platter to start followed by lamb rogan josh, Channa massala, lamb bhuna, pilau rice and peshwari naan. Plentiful and tasty portions with good service"

"Highly recommend. We ordered food for delivery around the Christmas period, due to a shortage of delivery drivers, our food arrived luke warm at best (was still delicious). We quickly called to explain the situation and the management arranged for us a free meal on our next order to which they were true to there word. Food is fantastic and the service is too."
