"Enjoyed our food, quite pricey for starters but mains were good. The atmosphere was nice and modern but was very cold on a wintry day. Huge lack of heating. Staff were nice, gave us complimentary Thai prawn crackers while we were waiting on them to turnover for dinner service (3-4pm). Would like to be back on a warmer day to try something else"
"It would be a much better experience if you could keep experienced staff at the tills and on the phones, it's very frustrating ordering for collection and seeing your order sit under the lamp for 5 minuites before someone decides to check it.. second time I've experienced this with this restaurant and it's not exactly a cheap meal ! EDIT: as predicted our meals where cold, the fried potatoes and spicy bag was soggy and basically fed the bin, 70 euro wasted.. itll be the last order we get in this place.."
"So at the beginning of the order, I asked if they had non-spicy food. The front desk staff told me that their food can be made no spicy, so I ordered one. But when I saw the food served, I realized something was wrong, it was full of small chilis. Then I went to ask the reception staff why it is like this, you said it can be made no spicy? She told me that the basic materials are prepared and they are originally spicy. So what do you mean by can REMOVE CHILLS? When customers say they do not want any chili at all, have the staff thought that customers might be allergic to chilis? But they never questioned me why I asked specifically if they have non-spicy food at the beginning."
