"Just substracting half a star for food, as unfortunately the bacon we had with our breakfast was a bit on the overdone side, other than that I can find no fault here, staff are attentive, helpful and friendly, and the vanilla latte we ordered was done to perfection exactly how we like it, we will definitely be back again"

"Lovely cafe! I have to say from walking in we were catered to straight away by the friendly staff. Although the cafe was extremely busy the staff did everything they could to clear a table and seat us quickly. It was all great food, fresh and well priced. I’ll Definitely be going back again for the food and the great customer service. Highly recommend!"

"Attended today for the first time in awhile. The last time I was there they had a rodent issue in the cafe, but it is attached to a garden centre. Today we Attended for lunch. The service like the food was abysmal, slow and over cooked. No sign of a welcome or any customer service whatsoever in fact if go as far as to say the staff are rude. Two servers in particular where dismissive and unengaging to customer queries and responded to same with scouling expressionson their faces. Imagine a cafe that was unable to provide an elderly customer with a cup of tea because the boiler isnt working? It's was an infuriating one hour and forty five minutes to wait a children's chicken and chips only for it to arrive burnt almost inedible. I complained to be told they'd replace it but I'd have to wait for another inordinate period of time. Paid and left and will not be back. Abysmal food abhorrent service."
