"Using their kiosk I wanted to order a chocolate milkshake with the meal but that's not available so I ordered Coca cola. On picking up the order I was informed that there's no Coke, so I ask for sparkling water but there's no none of that either! I settled for a Fanta but when I got seated I discovered it was flat. I couldn't be bothered to go back up and complain as there was nothing left on the menu I'd drink. The Fanta ended up in the bin and I ended up thirsty. A rather disappointing experience overall."
"McDonald's is McDonald's. People pretend not to like it. I would never ordinarily review a McDonald's but have to because of the people out front cleaning and helping customers. There are two gentlemen who are the nicest most caring attentive people I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. I have a stroppy 4 year old. Every time they help me without being asked. They have a really lovely manner. Thanks I was there yesterday the last time but have been meaning to write this for some time as the experience is always the same. I see a lot of people bringing people with disabilities. It is easy to see why. Not maybe the first thing you think about McDonald's excellent customer service."

"Big Mac was just warm and getting smaller by the month. The advertising works to get you in. But when you get the real food, the reality is so disappointing vs the images of big burgers behind the counter. Too much ice in the drink and no milkshakes available. Staff are nice but the food is now just very poor value."
