"Love the food & service here. Pork came in a large portion (for 2-3 people to share)!! Loving their grilled smoky taste, also in love with their pumpkin risotto which came in a variety of texture in just one dish. Loved their starters too - sourdough was delicious. Oyster was ok but I’ll skip this next time if I have the chance to come back again. Love the interior and attentive services."
"Amazing staff provided wonderful advice to novice fine diners. Beautiful wine, each dish was delicious. Designed to be shared as you don’t want to miss a dish. Wonderful experience."
"Beautiful space and tasty food. The choux pastry with horseradish was light and delicious, same goes for porchetta, which you should definitely get with sourdough baguette. Wild garlic risotto looked gorgeous and balanced the garlic flavour really well. We tried monkfish too and I definitely recommend an extra side with it , like artichokes. I think the best thing was the dessert. The chocolate pastry was delicious and definitely to share with someone. I would love to come again."
"Located on Dublin's Setanta place Library street is a little off the beaten tracks, but worth the hunt. The venue itself is bright and modern but definitely fits in the "boutique sized" class, that has many wines on tap. Personally I'm not a fan of dried flowers in a food arena especially hanging ones as there's more chance of something falling into your food, that said it fits with the character of the place. The food is presented in the tapas style and is designed to be shared. Between the group of us we ordered one of everything except the oysters. All of the dishes were beautifully presented and expertly executed, with pride and passion evident on every plate . Of the starters the beets were particularly flavourful with a sauce that seem to offer a new touch of flavour with each swipe. The chicken wings were also quite a delight and somewhat of a surprise. Not exactly what you'd expect from a chicken wing they are very well made and a great taste experience. The wild garlic risotto was by far the best dish of the night, between it's rich vibrant colour, and punchy flavour, it's worth visiting for this alone. Of the mains the pork chop was so very tender and seasoned; the monkfish was marvelously golden and just a little smokey offering great depth. With the desserts I wasn't entirely sold on the Paris Brest however the espresso ice cream was absolutely divine. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, being sure to detail each dish as they served it. Overall a good experience, with great food and good service, perhaps not one I'd be in a rush to repeat, there were a few ninja charges like the water they bring and pour for you whether you ask for it or not, and if you happen to be drinking with your meal the wine is on the fairly expensive range for being on tap. I dare say there's bright things in the future of this little nook."
