"Very noisy place, tableware was not clean (all 3 visits). Had to wait 10 minutes and ask 3 times for the main course to be served after the rest of a small group already started eating."
"Very Poor Quality in the Food I ordered the Thai Steak Salad, I didn't take the picture of it cause it wasn't worth it....... Service Excellent by the Barmam Mr George. Help me out with my Beer Choice"
"I was at a conference for 1 hour and when I asked at reception to validate the parking, which would be usual when attending these type of events, the receptionist smirked at me and directed me to pay the parking, which came to €4.50. She was Ignorant. I think hotels should offer free car parking too encourage people to use the facilities , I also think it was over priced. I will most likely never go back here again."
"Are there twice as there was 15 min wait for a taxi. Both times we waited for more than an hour since we sat down to get the first bite of the food. Seems like place is mismanaged as there are a lot of waiters running around, but nobody seems to know what they are doing. Look at the pics. Soup came without the soda bread, so after asking for it few times got a regular bread (no butter or anything like that). That's the best ketchup they could scramble after asking for it twice and fries was pretty bad a shame as fries was awesome anywhere you went in Ireland."
"Extremely disappointing for my last night in Ireland. The burger couldn't have been more dry, the bun seemed old - almost as if they had put it together hours ago and stuck it under the heater or reheated it from another service. The fries (or chips) could have been from a freezer bag as well. The server did come and ask if they could replace it so that was appreciated. However, the bill took so long to get that I decided to just go to bar to pay for it and as a result, I ended up paying full price."
