"Lovely spot for brunch. Friendly and efficient. I had the grilled chicken and avocado salad - delicious! Cappuccino was great too. I'll be back for more."
"Great service, delicious food. A great evening out for a very reasonable price. Notably highlights were the pate, chowder and the beef. Desert arguably stole the show with the cheesecake being absolutely banging. If your looking for a beautiful night out with some nice wine and fantastic food, this is a great shout."
"We came as a group booking (22+ mix of kids and adults) and we couldn’t have been better taken care of. From the ability to pre order and tailor the set menu, to the accommodating nature for exact numbers being confirmed quite late in the day. And of course, most importantly, the food was excellent. Every person was happy, which is hard to do with a large group, and the standard was very high. Really broad variety to choose from on the set menu and same for the kids menu which kept small people very happy. Lots of folks first time there who said they would be back soon."
"Had a really good time here. Day was super hot, and me and my wife were looking for a place with outdoor sitting to have some light bite and a drink. This place did not disappoint. Was here for lunch, and at first the menu didn't look too good as we both found there was too little options for a lite bite. However, what we eventually ended up settling on was very good and just what we were looking for. I had the prawn scampi and my wife the open sandwich steak. Both very good, and very lite in size. I added the sweet potatoes to mine, which was also really good. We each had a nice glass of Montepulciano, recommendation of the waiter, which turned out to be a great choice. Sweet and light. The waiter was friendly, provided a great service, and overall just a nice fella. If you're looking for a place to sit down and chill for an hour or so while having a nice wine and some lite bite in the Monkstown area, I really recommend this place. It can be quite packed on the summer months though, so you could be waiting a bit for a table (aí least if you want to sit outdoors)."
"Is there a better way to begin the weekend than a DELICIOUS fry up?!? The restaurant was VERY busy at the weekend - please ensure you make a reservation to avoid disappointment! We managed to get a spot on Saturday at around 1pm and how glad am I that we did!!! There were a good selection of options for brunch including pancakes, poached eggs and fish and chip - but of course I went for the fry up! The bacon was really stand out! Very salty, crispy and delicious! Honestly it was a really fantastic meal. We also got a couple of drinks and the berry + banana smoothie was REALLY delicious - it put my orange juice to shame (which was also lovely - just that the smoothie was something else!) There is seating outside here with outdoor heaters and they also managed to fill up before we left. I'm already thinking about my next fry up!!!"
