Reviews
"Overpriced and outdated. This place needs a full overhaul. From the smoke stained AC units in the ceiling and the cheap paper table cloths and napkins to the Overpriced and poorly presented food. The food quality was poor. Starters portions were too big to disguise the poor quality. Chicken livers were not from a chicken unless it was the size of a sheep. Had the Black Sole off the bone. At almost €40 it was smothered in sauce and oil, with a pathetic side portion of overcooked veg. Presented on a plate that made it look like some leftover dish. No attention to detail for this price. Only positive was the wine list. Good selection and good value for the most part. Its not surprising that the restaurant was half empty on a Friday night."
"Service was very slow. Starters bland, with a very watery sauce. The main course dry and over cooked. Probably because it wasn't served when it was ready. Only up side of the evening was the desert which were universally enjoyed by the group. Very disappointed as any time I had gone before the experience had always been excellent."
"Lovely authentic Italian place with friendly staff. Only had something light but the food was delicious. Would have given 5 stars but for the prices. Wouldn't let that that put you off trying"
"Lovely Italian restaurant, near the seafront in Clontarf. Food here is gorgeous and staff are so pleasant and spot on with service. Highly recommend this great restaurant and look forward to going back again."
"Haven't been in a long time but food was very good, service was good. Waitress didn't know wines but she went and got someone who did and they brought us a lovely wine which fit with our request. So bonus points for not trying to fake it and following up. Layout hasn't changed in years but its a nice space very large party beside us but it wasn't noisy."
