"Terrible customer service the girl behind the counter was Rowling her eyes when I asked what sides comes with a meal then she snatched the menu out of my hand and said "as I said" Then I asked her and the other man behind the counter for a manager they didn't answer then I asked again they just keep staring at me I asked another 2 times then finally he said there was no manager So I went over to security and asked him He told me where the manager was Never going into that shop again"

"Very very unhappy with my order, I received the wrong product because it was out of stock but wasn’t made aware of the situation and I am unable to eat it because of a medical condition. Staff were very rude and hung up on me the first time I called when I was trying to be polite and it turned into a cat fight after my second call to I had to hang up so it wouldn’t get out of hand."
