"I have ordered customised pizzas from Domino’s Ringsend a couple of times. The first time, the pizza was as I remembered it from the UK; tasty and with a large amount of topping. From there it went downhill rapidly. The second time was okay, the third time a total disaster. The pizza wasn’t properly baked, and the topping was a joke; when you order a 13.5” pizza with mushrooms, onions, and green and red peppers, you expect to get both a fair and an equal amount of the selected toppings. In reality, the pizza delivered contained mostly onions, followed by five (!) pieces each of mushrooms and peppers. Needless to say, I won’t order from Domino’s again."

"Used the dominos app to order. My order was sitting In quality check for 45 mins. I called the store and the guy didn’t care. He said he “thinks” it’s on the way. My food then arrive freezing cold 1hr and 10 mins after I ordered it. This order was placed at 1pm on a Tuesday so no excuse for being too busy.4 Star is much better."

"Omg I ordered food for my family at 17.33, I have rang and been spoken to disgracefully by a store manager and delivery driver, and now been told my order will be remade and delivered at 8pm. I will be contacting the store again in the morning to further discuss the the staff role in disputing legitimate complaints. And refunds"
