"Let me start off with the fact that I've never enjoyed Apache Blackrock's pizza. So when I saw the new location had opened in Cabinteely I never bothered to give it a try. That was a mistake. I felt like giving it a try late at night when not much else was open, and turns out their Pizza is by far the best I've had in Ireland. Amazingly tasty cheese and sauce, perfectly cooked as well. Compliments to the chef. Of course, what makes a good restaurant great, is consistency, and I'll still have to see if they live up to this amazing first experience with them. Will be back for sure!
