"Had a Breakfast egg and fried bread were OK, but the sausage , bacon and black pudding were very over cooked. I would go back and try again as the lads I was with said it's normally better"
"It's exceptionally no frills. Completely standard fry up food with instant coffee or tea. It's kind of nice that this old fashioned type of cafe is still running in Brighton but really the good isn't great enough to really make it worth a visit in my opinion and it's not all that cheap. Nothing terrible, just not particularly nice. Food doesn't seem fresh or well cooked. The atmosphere is austere and the service competent but not especially warm."
"Sadly,although only recently re-opened I shall not be returning anytime soon ! H's was always my go to cafe when in this area of town but after experiencing possibly the worst full English I've had for years cannot recommend the new version at all. The only identifiable taste on my plate other than old oil and burnt burgers were the chips !"
