"I’m finished with this shop. Every time I go in there is an issue. 3 for 12 quid it says in the freezer only for it not to take off the multi buy discount. Pot noodle said 70p as you come in through the door. Scanned at £1. Just bought some wraps. £1 on shelf. £1.25 they scanned at. Just done my sons lunch for tomorrow. Bought some toffee filler crepes which are individually wrapped for his lunchbox. They expired the day before I bought them. I give up. The prices are all over the place. They never scan the right price. Now dated items. It’s not Iceland as a whole. Just this store. Avoid."
"Good store, lots of offers e.g 3 for £5. Staff helpful and friendly"
"My mum ordered a home delivery 17pm-19pm. 4:20 order wasn’t picked yet so I called and was told one more item to be picked then it’ll be on the van. Comes after 5pm they said it’s on the way promised it’ll be delivered and it never showed she waited outside from 5 to 8pm in the cold. Called multiple times until they closed and kept being lied as they kept promising it would come. 12pm today still no show. Over a month ago they didn’t even try deliver just told me they haven’t got enough drivers but can come to collect, she turned up and had to wait 1hr 30mins for them to pick it. This is really a joke now. Don’t take on orders you can’t delivers it’s that simple."
"Plenty of well known brands at a good price PLUS 10% off for pensioners on Tuesdays in your go in person with your driving license or ID with your D.O.B. WELL DONE ICELAND - keep it up"
"A little difficult to find, tucked away behind a mainly empty precinct, but well worth the effort. Normal Iceland quality and prices in a well stocked and tidy/clean store, with hand sanitizer right by the entrance door. Every thing laid out well with clear signs for price. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. Will defo use again......."
