"Nice food, a bit pricey. But isn't everything nowadays. Service was alright, forgot to bring us something, but tried to charge for it. Couldn't actually find anyone to ask for this missing item, or the bill. Won't be rushing back. Nice pasta though!"
"Food was brilliant, service fantastic, atmosphere only dropped to 4 stars because the overall restaurant was chilly and the toilets (at least the ladies anyway) were absolutely Baltic! It was a really really cold day granted, but it did put a damper on the experience as we had to keep our coats on the whole time. The heater on the wall in the bathroom was on but I don't think it helped. The ladies cubicles are also extremely small so it was quite uncomfortable to try to get in, as you had to step round the door. Still, we would definitely come back when it's a bit warmer as the food quality and freshness was awesome and the staff were lovely."
"Stopped in at Shrewsbury on the way home from a trip. Went to Pizza express (as I am trying to get to gold membership!!) without booking but they had a table free. The waiter was very attentive and efficient. The food was excellent as usual. If there was to be one small criticism it would be that there wasn’t enough garlic butter with the doughballs. Saying that, they were still fantastic. The rest of the food was excellent as well, the service fairly quick and, using the rewards on the app, it was quite reasonable. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work."
