"After countless trips to Piccolos I think it's time to write a review on this FANTASTIC place. Every single time I come here I am greeted by the lovely staff and the food is always so so TASTY. I have tried the chips and the pizza's and every single time the food is always amazing and to a high quality. "In the current time, this is pretty much the only place you can get food after a late night out. Regular employees are lovely and do what they can with the busy atmosphere which can be overwhelming, although the man who seems like the owner or the manager is just plain rude to both his employees and his customers, foul mouthed with little to no patience and seemingly no customer service skills whatsoever, if you don't want to be around and you're not willing to cope with the busy atmosphere and the high volume of customers, don't stay open, or just trust your employees to run the ship, seems like a genuinely awful man. Prices are quite extortionate for what you get, but it's your only option sometimes. EDIT: Just found I was charged £6 for chips and cheese when they are £4.40 on the board! Absolutely atrocious business practices, also seems like it's common. Will be reporting this since they seem to be knowingly taking advantage of customers!!"
