"And absolutely fantastic evening, we'd just ordered dessert when the was a power cut. After about 10 mins or so there was no sign of the power coming back on and behind me, one of the staff put a song on her mobile we just thought it was something as background ground noise but the she started to sing and wow! Her voice was absolutely fantastic and completely unrehearsed and it really made good of a bad situation it was service above and beyond which is becoming rare these days"
