"When I order from this store I normally always have the burger pizza,guarantee every time it dosent arrive with the burger sauce on tonight just tops it off no burger sauce again 40 mins later another pizza arrives no sauce again,then to be told there is another 40 mins wait bit of a joke really got offered £5 store credit wich is a bit of a joke I asked for a full refund but wouldn't give me one won't be using this store again."

"Just paid £40 for pizza that was almost completely devoid of cheese. The chicken wings and kickers were good and it arrived on time, but for a pizza restaurant the pizza is pretty f&%#^ing grim."

"Would not even give 1 star. Food was due to arrive 8:30pm-8:50pm. Food never arrived so called the restaurant to be told to wait another 15-20 minutes. This time passes and again no food arrived. Called the restaurant to be told the driver has returned to the restaurant with our food as the restaurant and driver attempted contact which was a lie as I had my phone in my hand the whole time and it never rung! I had put a note to say to call when at reception and I never received a phone call. I had waited in reception from 8:30pm and no one ever arrived. I asked for proof of call logs to be told they do not have them. They advised if I wanted the food I would need to pay another delivery fee. I asked to cancel just to be advised I would not be allowed a full refund. I asked to speak to the manager to be told that Ryan who I was speaking to was the manager. There was no help or resolution other than to pay again and wait or lose the money. I asked how much longer we would have to wait to be told “I don’t know I need to wait for a driver to come back so I can’t say”. The driver eventually arrives after having to wait outside in the rain for 20 minutes after receiving a text to say the food was on its way, for the all the food to arrive cold and the pizza burnt. This is quite possible the worst experience and service I have ever received. Would STRONGLY advise NOT to order from this restaurant. Complained to Just Eat as that’s who we ordered through only to be advised we could receive no more than £5 compensation. Shocking service from both and will certainly never order from here again. Clearly the staff needs customer service training."

"Ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza and every single slice has one piece of sausage on!! What is the point of having sausage. I may as well have ordered a mushroom pizza!! Shocking. Penny pinching ******s"

"What appalling service. Would have given no stars if possible! Ordered a pizza to be delivered to keele uni for my daughter. The driver gave it to another student and was then very rude when my daughter spoke to him. Rang the shop to complain and ask for the order to be sent out again. They put me onto the driver who was again rude and unhelpful! Spoke to the manager who said I would have to pay again as it had been delivered (yes but to the wrong person!!!) why didn’t they check the name on the order?! I had to pay 50% of the original order to get them to send it again! Unbelievable!! Definitely shan’t be ordering from here again. Awful experience."
