"Food was cold here again tonight. Even though we ordered and drive straight to collect it, the woman on tills left us waiting over ten mins and kept answering the phone instead of actually acknowledging us at all!! Not the first time this has happened either. Sorry but a constant disappointment , we go to collect after having so many bad experiences with the food being stone cold when delivered, but when we do order for collection staff ignore us when we're there and so the food is cold anyway. The nachos were horrible the last few times also as they were burnt all down one side and this side was shoved into the box so that you couldn't see, but you certainly could taste the burnt taste. Normally order here as a treat for the kids but tbh the local chipper has nicer, tastier, unburnt food."
"Ordered a very very large order from domino’s, a late New Years get together with our whole family, catering for 3 different dietary requirements. It was exactly an hour from ordering to the door which I thought under the circumstances was extremely fast. Nothing missing, which is always a plus, as we are a family of 8 and even just for 8 of us we are guaranteed to have something missing if we order take out locally, nothing cold and the driver (who’s name I don’t remember, sorry, I have jack in my head but could be very wrong) was so lovely, he counted the order as he passed it out, waited outside for us to double check we had a 20 items inside the house before he left. The only problem we have is that I was visiting my sister in Kildare and there’s no domino’s in Laois. We are still talking about how lovely the food was. We also had a follow up phone call from dominos to see how everything was, and to make sure nobody was left short, which I thought was very nice."
