Reviews
"Went to this restaurant with the normal expectations. However, the food tasted below average and most of all frustrations, they made us wait 45 minutes to an hour before they served us any dish of a 3 course meal. Despite of requesting them several times, they did take their own sweet time, which is 45 min to an hour to put food on our table. An awful experience and wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone."
"Not to generalise or anything personal but my experience tonight was terrible in this restaurant. As we ordered vegan meat balls, they were hard like rock to eat, when asked the waitress and chef, said it is this way. Garlic bread was ordered with cheese and it came without cheese. Wrong pizza was served and then again after the waitress apologised got another pizza after long wait. We ordered two drinks which were never to arrived if not requested again. Male toilets were totally uncleaned and not able to use in that condition, when we complained, got the answer that we couldn’t check after it was cleaned in the morning. Lastly when paying cash, were told we do not have refund available so kindly pay exact amount or pay by card. To be honest it was not a good experience with my family."
"I tried to book a table over the phone on Sunday - the phone was not answered. We got a table as a walk in on Tuesday afternoon no problem. The food was not great. The folded pizza was undercooked (raw crust). Pizza filling was nice. The salad did not have enough dressing on it (just a tiny bit in one corner). There was not much food on the salad either - only the leaves, so it would not really fill you. The pasta was not salted. There was no salt nor pepper on the table either and it was very hard to get attention of the staff. There was no cheese offered with pasta and nobody ever checked on our table. The wine tasted watery but you get quite a large glass of it."
"4 stars because the gluten free pizza wasn’t available yesterday when I was there. But the place is lovely, waitresses are friendly. We had a delicious and giant calzone that really worth the price. Lasagna was good as well but small compared with the calzone."
