"I was there at 12.10pm to get lunch for colleagues and I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes as there were deliveries coming. We waited in the shop for a full half hour while staff put away delivery. After a half hour and nobody coming near us although being aware we were waiting as we didn't leave the store, we walked off. I understand deliveries and things take place but why not put your opening hours to 1pm to accommodate all of this instead of leaving 3 customers standing around. Bad service and will not be back!"

"Shocking service..ordered a delivery and was waiting over an hour. I received 2 missed calls but no voicemail was left and no delivery driver was outside the house. When I called to query where the order was, the person was so rude on the phone. He was quick to try blame just eat but we had ordered directly from four star so that made him listen more! He then stated the driver tried to call me 6 times which was untrue. The food arrived 5 mins after the call but of course was freezing cold. Wouldnt order from here again, i understand drivers may get delayed but the rudeness of the employee was unacceptable"

"Had a female delivery driver show up to my door with my order, which arrived almost an hour after ordering. I had no notes so had to pay for the meal deal which came out to around €21 inc. delivery, in coins. To which I neatly stacked in groups of €5s to make it easier for the counting process (I’ve spent time as a delivery driver myself and understand the frustration of being handed a ball of change and trying to count it correctly in the dark.) So anyways as I’m in the process of giving each stack the woman aggressively raises her voice at me and tells me this isn’t enough, even though I was literally in the process of handing her each stack as I was putting it from one hand to the other. With tip included the total amount I gave her was €25 so that was a €4 tip for a late delivery for her. Not only does she click her tongue at me before walking away but then spits in my driveway and slams my gate shut while walking out of the property and doesn’t even say so much as a thank you or reply to me telling her to have a nice evening before church walking away to her car. I have CCTV with HD quality and audio so I’ll happily forward it onto the management team. The order was placed 22/10/22 at roughly 5pm. The driver’s name from what she unwillingly gave me was “T-T” or Teetee. She was a large dark skinned woman driving a blackish/grey Opel people carrier. I felt genuinely disgusted with how she treated me and to see her spit in the garden I honestly hope she soon loses her position as this is no way staff representing your company should be acting"

"My dad was looking on line to order a pizza deal and the price was 12euro so he said he would order in shop amd do messages while he waited so when he told the fella his order it came to 14.99 my dad said to the fella are you sure that's theb price and so when dad told him I was about to order on line and that's the price so the lovely worker then said we'll you know what you can do order on line then wondedfull customer service avoid all together for the rudeness and the dam lack of care if we order the pizza or not"
