"Disgraceful customer and delivery service. After ordering a pizza at 2pm to be delivered at 10 past 5 to a location 800 metres down the road, I was left standing waiting for my pizza. After 10 minutes I called and was told that the driver had just left. After 20 minutes I called again, asking where my pizza was. I was told 'just wait for your pizza patiently and don't call again'. After 45 minutes, I received my pizza at nearly 6 pm. Very rude. If you're going to offer a delivery and preorder service, it would be nice if you could actually fulfil this job."

"Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered food and left my phone downstairs for five mins. My dogs barked and I went to the door, no one was there. I went to check my phone and saw two missed calls and rang the restaurant. I was told the driver was on the street and no one was there. So I called again. I was then told by a guy that I missed my chance basically, I tried to explain that all they had to do was knock on the door (and he said “how were they to know that? Did you put it on the order?”). I told the guy that everyone who delivers knocks on the door, he said “why provide your number then?” (You have to to sign up to JustEat regardless). He kept speaking over me and wouldn’t listen. His story changed several times about where the driver was. I cancelled my order as I was clearly getting nowhere and they expect you to stand in the freezing cold and wait for their drivers to arrive. My housemate is was witness to the entire thing and she was just as baffled and appalled. I thought I’d give them a go and order from them as I hadn’t before, this is the first and last time and now I’m ordering from someone else. Thank god I didn’t pay card."

"Tempted to give it 5 stars, but come on, its Four Star pizza!!! Great pizza and great selection and variety online. Prompt delivery with meal deals and offers updated frequently! Great location locally in Raheny."

"I have ordered from here a number of times both personally and for work events in bigger quantities. The food has always been delicious, hot on delivery and delivered on time by lovely staff. They also have a loyalty programme which is especially needed now. I would absolutely recommend to a friend."
