"I have always ordered my pizzas from your store, as it is so local and the pizza always arrives piping hot. Unfortunately the past 2 orders were luke warm. The order last week we ate as I had ordered sides too and they were hot. But yesterday I ordered and the delivery took much longer. On arrival, I knew as soon as the driver handed it to me it was cold. So I sent it back with him. Phoned the shop and a very pleasant man apologised and said he would replace it asap. Half an hour later the pizza arrived. It was not piping hot but as we were now very hungry I accepted it. Very disappointed."

"Freezing orders / Bad customer service on the phone and rude attitude when u do complaint since i am a customer and this is my right! Some people have no idea about how to talk to customers or deal with them! Poor Service. Will never order again from that store!"

"Was delivered two BURNT pizzas. Called to have this issue resolved and was shouted at on the phone by the guy working, trying to tell me my pizza is not burnt, that it just “looks burnt” because of the shake, we always order shake on our pizza and it never looks like this, I told him it also tasted burnt and he could taste it himself if he wanted, and could we have a new pizza. He proceeded to argue with me on the phone, I requested to speak with a manager as clearly he was not equipped to handle customer complaints, and said that there is no manager or supervisor present in store. Very weird as there always as in any place of work there is always a senior staff member present. I requested the dough be cooked this time on the order notes as last time we ordered from here the pizza dough was raw and pretty inedible. This is what was received, if you have to burn a pizza to cook the dough properly something isn’t right. Train your staff to speak to people with some empathy and teach them customer service, I was just asking to receive edible food that I paid for, overall really bad customer service and I definitely won’t order here again and usually love Apache but never again. (Plus no extra mozerella on pizzas even though it was paid for)"
