"Attending beginner's swim class. Okay, so I could swim but could just as easily be confused with someone in difficulties in the water! So time to get confident in the water. Norman, the swimming instructor is excellent. He breaks down the breaststroke into small steps and then builds them up until last week (week 3) we were doing lengths. Tiring but really enjoyable. Highly recommended. I will definitely be signing up for the improvers class"
