"Been here for kids parties. It's very well organised"
"Gym is great. Clean and plenty of equipment"
"We had 2 hrs here for a birthday party. Very good play area for the kids. We'll equipped kitchen, but the next party we're in on top of us. The 2 hrs excluded the party the setting up the food the clearing away. It was a bit rushed to say the least."
"We went here for a birthday party (not our first time) usually very pleased but not as much this time. Bouncy castles great. Kids enjoyed themselves. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oven's were not working properly, seals need replaced around doors. Not good when you are catering for a large group of hungry children. Food wouldn't cook as all the heat was escaping! Staff gave us an extra ten mins in play area and then we had to play pass the parcel etc while waiting for the food to cook. Made for a very stressful party. Grandparents had to stand pushing the oven doors closed with their hands for long periods of time. The staff said the doors must have just got like that on the day of the party but my husband said they weren't great the last time we were there either. Don't think we will do a self-catering party again. This was enough to put us off!"
"Great facilities for a birthday party, have the whole sports hall with bouncy castle, bikes, slides, ball pool and football. Then full kitchen facilities for food and tea or coffee afterwards."
