Throughout she was so kind and professional, and made the whole experience smooth. She was really great with checking in, and explained all the aftercare fantastically. I have now been back today for my second tattoo with Sian - again, whole process was superb and very easy. Both the first tattoos have healed wonderfully - no problems at all (with the easy and clear aftercare!) I'm looking forward to returning at some point in the future.
