"I purchased 8 hair removal laser sessions with Reflect Medispa at Virginia Water. This time I went as normal and the staff do the session as normal. They did not inform me at all before they start the session, that this time is excluded from my package. After it ends, they ask me to pay extra because this is a single session as my package has already been finished since the last time. I was so confused that isn't it their duty to tell me before the session started that this time was excluding my package as my package is already ended and I do have a right to choose whether I want to continue the session with them or not. I feel so disappointed and totally not happy with this action."
