"Stay Away: I was running 15 minutes late en route to airport with 2 dogs to drop off as arranged on telephone. Telephoned a number of times, both before 10, between 10 and 11 and never got an answer. Got there at 11.15 and there was nobody about to take my dogs. Was lucky that the nearest alternative was available due to a cancellation. Thoroughly disgusted at this poor service."
