"Dropped my bike off for it's MOT and got picked up (thought I'd collect it later). Got home and the bike was ready within the hour lol. Should've stayed. Booked it in online without speaking to anyone, not that i mind because the staff here are so approachable and eager to help you out. If anything, I went online to get their number and saw the online booking and thought I was helping them by not bothering them hahaha. Brilliant, what more can I say. Not the first time I've used JC's and won't be the last. Thanks guys."

"Biblical. Me and my wife (both on Royal Enfield Himalayans) got stranded at an Esso filling station in Plymouth, en route to the ferry to Spain. Flat rear tyre on my bike. Sharp chunk of metal. With only two hours until departure, we immediately tried to reschedule our ferry ticket. No luck. Line busy. Then we tried to call roadside assistance. No luck. Line busy. With only an hour left, we had resigned to the idea that we would be spending some time in rainy Plymouth. But then the lady of the filling station gave us a tip: try JC. He's only about a kilometer away and he's good. We tried to phone him but got an answering machine. So I drove to his shop om my wife's bike. Long story short: JC said: "I'm gonna get you on that ferry", grabbed some tools, jumped in his car and raced to the Esso, with me in hot pursuit. In less than a minute, he disassembled the rear wheel, threw it in the car and sped away. 20 minutes later he returned with the wheel. He had put a new inner tube on it and plugged the hole in the tyre. Two minutes later, the wheel was back on my bike and JC said: "Go!" We asked him what we owed him en he said "just give me 20 pounds". We gave him 40, because just the new inner tube costs more that 20 pounds. "And now go-go-go!!!", he said. So we did. We raced to the ferry terminal and managed to get on the boat. So I'm typing this review from sunny Spain. It was an experience that we will remember for a long time. What a guy! We still don't know what 'JC' stands for, but we do know that he will always be Our Saviour!"
