Just a couple of days after starting, he had ran all the brand new pipework for the central heating, and ran all of the brand new plumbing for the bathrooms and had even hung all the radiators and boiler too. He talked me through any bits I didn't quite understand and offered quick solutions to any problems we came up against too. He kept the property extremely clean throughout his time working there, and was always there when he said he would be, even at hours late into the evening.
