John who was the installer was a pleasure to deal with and was very thorough in his installation. Plumbers so easily develop bad reputations but good reputations are very hard to obtain let alone keep. "My Husband and I received a fantastic service from water and warmth, they called us to let us know when they were coming out and when they arrived they started work straight away. The plumber found we had a blockage so he took almost the whole system apart to find it, and he did not give up until he found and cleared it. he spent all afternoon on this problem and when he put everything back together he found a small split in one of the pipes, instead of saying that he would come back the next day because he did not have this pipe with him, he went to a store and got one so we could have hot water and heating that night. Very grateful thank you."
