"I have been attending this Practice for over 40 years and have watched it change hands three times. Regardless of who has been in ownership of the Practice in that time the ethos has remained the same. Their priority has always been, and continues to be the health and welfare of the animals in their care. I have recommended the Practice numerous times and will continue to do so. The vets and all the nurses are extremely professional and knowledgeable, yet very compassionate and caring as well. Ruth looks after my 11 Golden Retrievers and I trust her 100% with every one of their lives. She is an exceptional vet who is extremely particular to get everything she does absolutely spot on every single time. She works so hard to achieve this, and I feel absolutely blessed to have her looking after all my precious Goldens. Ruth has made losing my dogs so much easier by the incredible level of understanding and compassion she has. She is also excellent at phoning to bring me up to date with results, and phone call requests I have put in - which is extremely important. If you are deciding whether to use this Practice just go for it - I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. My only gripe is no out of hours service now which I do find difficult - but wasn't decided by the vets, but by the company that owns the practice, so was out of their hands."
