"the staff were really helpful. They explained that there would be a £24 fee to find out what was wrong with my Mac and then the cost of any repairs. Unfortunately it was the internal webcam that had burnt through and parts are no longer available. I've now bought myself an external camera for £20. And best of all the staff didn't charge me the £24 fee because they couldn't repair it. Great customer service"
