"Mark came around to service my boiler and to have a look a leak I thought I had. Although there was evidence of a leak it was not a hole in the pipe. Unfortunately a number of things that were also in need of attention were spotted and Mark was unable to service and repair my boiler. It’s quite an old boiler and needs replacing. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable at all times and delivered the bad news and explained what actions would be needed to bring it up to spec"
"Mark was great. He offered a very competitive quote with sound advice to replace a combi boiler and 5 radiators. Him and his mate completed the full installation within a day, which was unreal in terms of exceeding expectations! The tenant had some issues with the use of boiler controls afterwards which he went back to resolve and error proof the system further. I'm really happy with the service and quality of work and hope to use Mark again in the future"
"Mark is our hero. Tuesday night boiler packed up, by Thursday lunchtime we had a new boiler installed and up and running. Considering it's an old house, the boiler being in an awkward position and along with the freezing working conditions, I can't thank him enough.
