"I gave this useless shower long enough to deal with my complaint but they had no interest. I lost a lot of money because even though I booked a taxi in advance by a considerable length of time two hours after the taxi was supposed to dispatch they still had not shown up. I lost 200 pounds on the train alone that we missed and more on hotels. When I put in a complaint I was told even though I got multiple taxis every day that they didn't consider me a valued customer and they decided to give the taxi to people who had not booked in advance. Very annoyed at this company and won't use them again. It's over 250 pounds a week I would rather spend elsewhere."
