"Appalled and disappointed. We booked through B cabs for my 80 year old uncle and as the driver arrived, after telling the operator he might need to wait 5 mins for an 80 year old to come down the stairs. The driver decided to honk the horn and dash off after 2 mins. For a customer that has used B cabs for 2 years,I will not be using this service again nor I will be recommending to anyone. The operator was extremely unhelpful when asked why the driver did not wait and refused to book another taxi resulting in her to put the phone down on an 80 year old man. Shame on you."
