"Our dog Cooper has been happily attending HCK for the last 2 years - every day as part of their day kennel facility. He is welcomed every morning by a member of the team - huge thanks and praise to both Chloe and Ellie. They greet our dog warmly and always willing to listen if we have any info to pass on. Cooper has some medical issues and Chloe and Ellie are well briefed on his condition. They even phone me at work if they have any concerns. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. A big indicator for me is always how the dog behaves around people. Our dog clearly loves the staff and always happy to see them. Always willing to pose on Instagram too! A great professional business all round."
"First time I have used this kennel and it’s now the only kennel I’ll use. Took two dogs of mine and they came back so happy (came back very nervous from other kennels) I had photos sent to me on request and a video and it was so nice to see them happy running around whilst I was away.
