"I had an emergency situation and needed a person transporting from Cornwall to East Yorkshire. When I spoke to Polly last night, she had no hesitation and did everything in her power to help me at very short notice. True to their word, the driver picked up the passenger at the agreed time this morning. Polly updated me at points throughout the journey and managed to get my person home safely. I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness, professionalism and value for money. You were our Knights in shining armour and I wouldn't hesitate to call you if I need you in the future. "Very rude! Beeping and shouting at me and my son whilst he was clearly getting in the car on the school run. Then forcing his self thriugh the gap whilst still my son was getting in!! Very aggressive behaviour from a man who should know better from his age!!!"
"We've used the.firm before and had absolutely no problems. Friendly and punctual drivers but the last time the driver went to the wrong village and had us worried we would miss our connection. It would be reassuring if they had a system to confirm bookings."
"Unreliable, argumentative and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Has prebooked a taxi following a wedding. It never appeared and when called, argued it had been their for half an hour. It turned out they'd stopped at a venue half a mile up the road, kept telling me they were at the marquee (there was none at our wedding) and had already picked guests up there (they probably had but not us, not from our venue). Were unwilling to send a taxi back to the correct postcode which was given from the start and left us stranded at 1 am. Options are slim in the area but try to avoid this lot if at all possible."
