"Have said used service but despite arranging transport for my wedding party using their messaging service, no cars arrived. The email trail was checked, and the correct pick up address had been given. On contacting the company 40 minutes after booked time, and 10 minutes before ceremony, we were told they were in Plymouth and they denied having any booking from us and stated they don't work until evenings anyway."

"A very unprofessional service. I booked a taxi 3 days in advance, 10 minutes after it was due to turn up I phoned to check arrival time. The phone was answered by a very unprofessional person who claimed he had no record of the booking and stated he couldn't get me a taxi at all that evening. My wife, 13 year old son and I were left to walk 5 miles down 60mph country roads to get home. Despite several phone calls, the telephone operator refused to accept any responsibility or offer any help. I suggest you don't use this company and make alternative arrangements."

"The driver was 45 minutes late to pick us up, late at night, so with little alternative options left for us. He then said that it was going to be £10 more expensive than what initially quoted, and threatened to kick us out if we didn’t pay it. We then stopped at a gas station to get money, we got the money, and he asked us to pay upfront. We said we wouldn’t until the service was competed and he chucked us out of the car. This was absolutely out of the blue and unreasonable, he definitely didn’t want to bring us to our destination and had other jobs lined up that were more convenient. Also, the driver was not wearing a mask. Definitely do not use this service if you can avoid it, absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs."
