"A great community hub with lots on offer."
"Started making a Will via McClure after finding details online about 2 years ago. They appointed themselves as executor without this being an express request. Said they had an office in Exeter.... then said no, it was in Plymouth, then said no, I couldn't go in to sign my Will, only a one-man band there!!! They also wrote a clause that was so incomprehensible it didn't make sense and even their HO in Scotland confirmed the inaccuracy and rewrote the clause in question. I tried contacting McClure to confirm that I have no links with them as I have now made a proper Will with a local solicitor with a proper chosen executor appointed. On attempting to contact McClure, I only got a message saying "press "blah, blah" if you were a former client of McClure - and if you press that option, you just get left on hold with some anodyne music playing on and on. THANK HEAVENS my Will is NOT with anyone like this. MY ADVICE IS: MAKE YOUR WILL WITH A TRUSTED LOCAL SOLICITOR."
