"This is the second time I have used Woolcombe Yonge Solicitors for a purchase and 1st time for a sale on a property using Natalie and Ruby. I honestly could not think of 1 single fault to put against them. From the very beginning to the very end Ruby has kept in contact with me throughout, explained everything thoroughly (I’m new to it all so not a huge amount of knowledge around the legal side of things) and have gone above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. It hasn’t been easy with the most recent purchase and there have been many obstacles thrown at us but they have proceeded to stay professional, on the ball and still managed to get my sale completion and my purchase completion on the same day with only 1 week notice. They have worked against all odds to get this done and at one point I didn’t think it was going to happen but they made the impossible possible and get it done. I never felt like I couldn’t ask a question even if I felt silly, it was explained and I was made to feel at ease and knew everything was under control by Ruby. I can honestly say I will not even consider another solicitors to use for any future purchases/sales I have and will be going straight back to Woolcombe Yonge and asking for Natalie and Ruby.
