"I don’t normally leave reviews but this shop most definitely deserved one. I popped into little poppets Sevenoaks baby store with my daughter to purchase a pram ready for my first grandchild. I was a nightmare customer asking a million questions but the staff were so patient and helpful and provided us with so much information that a new parent needs. We paid for our pram in instalments but baby arrived earlier than expected. I panicked that we wouldn’t have the pram in time but I phoned little poppets and they went above and beyond and within a couple of days our pram was ready to collect. I can’t thank them enough for there help."

"Absolutely disgusted with the service received. Went into store in January and brought an egg system, yoyo, nursery furniture, doona with isofix base snuzpod and more items... All were collected from the store by my partner and we were told that the doona was on order. I called the shop today asking for an update and was told that the isofix is not available and they cannot supply it. I brought the doona and base as a bundle and asked for a complete refund and was told no you can collect whats here and that I didnt need to the isofix base but this was not advised by David when purchasing. A very good sales talk and easy to take your money but customer service is shocking! If you cannot fulfill an order then REFUND! Reporting to Trading Standards"
