"Not happy with the customer service given to myself and partner on Saturday 17th Dec at around 730 pm on till 10 she was too busy having a laugh with her colleagues and not even a hello had her back to us and when asked for bags we had to ask twice and then she just threw them down to us and then not even a thank you or a goodbye maybe needs some refresh on manners and what good customer service is"

"I was in Tesco yesterday. Just sat and had a coffee while waiting for my wife. It was like a TV sit com. The couple of tills that were open all had queues The two self service sections, One cash and the larger one card only. One guy with a great big trolly load trying to do his shop must have had the lady in that section to help constantly tied up with all the issues he was having. I watched him for about half an hour the assistant was with him the whole time. She could have served him and about 3 others if she was sat at a till. In the meantime, an old boy 70ish only had a bottle of booze and about two other items. Of course, he cannot purchase the booze with out someone checking his age. The little red comes on, up comes the young assistant. She could not help !! not authorised I presume so off she goes to get someone. The other lady cannot do it because she is tied up with the big trolly man. After waiting for his age to be verified for about 10 minutes the old feller rightly gets the hump and starts kicking off. This attracts the attention of other staff that come to see what is going on. About 4 or 5. So staff wise we have one lady helping big trolly man. One youngster off to find someone qualified to authorise the booze sale. One authorised person presumable on there way. Four watching the commotion. Big queues at the few tills that are open. Seven people serving-looking after two customers one of which I would imagine will never set foot in Tesco again the other thinking I aint doing that again. Tesco and to be fair most of the others. Spending a vast amount of money on home delivery. Drivers, Stock Pickers, Vehicles, Vehicle maintenance. Computer systems and operators. In the mean time shutting actual meat counters, fish counters deli counters and tills that take cash. Come on Tesco get your act together. You and your fellow supermarket chains have killed off all the independents. And now you killing choice, service, and cash. Glad I am a Waitrose kind of guy. I do hope some clever algorithm picks this up and somebody at Tesco reads it. Because they have made it impossible to complain on line."

"Store is great everything you need and good prices. Avoid using the scan and go now as since the upgrade it is so slow and 8 weeks in a row I had a full rescan and because the slow scan it always missed stuff that I didn’t realise so now use the trolley self scan as there is very little staff checkouts at this store"

"Always a good store you have to have a club card now. Otherwise you seem to be paying inflated prices. So I club card is greatly advised. Store always seems tidy and well stocked. Quite a big store has a closed section and has a Costa inside. They have lots of self-service now. Removed a lot of man checkouts. This place does have a smart shop where you scanners you go. Trolleys are free. You don't have to put a pound in to get them. Overall good shop. It does have car washing on site so if you wish to leave your car to get washed while you're shopping you can. It's also has a petrol station on site."
