"DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Pre paid for a taxi back end of last year a month in advance. Waiting for my taxi at the venue I had a automated voice call stating the car I should be looking for, other taxi firms cars were turning up at the entrance I was at but our car was no where to be seen. After 15 mins i rang the office to see where the car actually was. I was told the car had been and gone. The car hadn't been to the entrance where we was waiting as there are multiple entrances to the complex that hold different functions (none had been specified). I was made to pay again over the phone for another taxi (best part of £30) to come and get us as they were not going to send the driver back to us. Waited another 45 mins for The second driver who also went to the wrong entrance (after explaining to the awkward operator where we actually was), but the driver managed to get in contact with me, so I could direct him to the correct entrance, otherwise would have probably left us again and asked for another £30! They never stated which entrance we had to be at, nor made numerous attempts to contact us as they claim they did whilst apparently waiting at the incorrect entrance. It appears as long as they have your money in their pocket they don't care if you get in the car or not, customer service is clearly not something they make an effort with. I won't be using them again in the future as there are other local firms that are cheaper and do a better job (just read some of the previous reviews) sound a lot like our situation with them, once have your money, they couldn't care less. Never said wife checked all car parks, just the massive one we was in where all other taxi firms were turning up (so more false info from your firm), all the calls that came through were automated messages stating the make and colour of the car, how many times did we need to be told this when it wasn't anywhere to be seen? The audio clip you sent in an email was literally three ring tones and then straight to a voicemail which you could have pulled from anywhere, no one even spoke, not even your driver and I also sent you a call log of how many times my phone was contacted that night and no notifications from my voicemail either. As for your T's and C's who reads those when booking a taxi? Hopefully folks read this review and then the other rave reviews you have on here similar to this and see sense"

"I booked a taxi. Didn’t locate the driver. Tried calling them several times but couldn’t get through. The driver called and was trying to explain where they were which wasn’t familiar to me. I tried to make an arrangement for the driver to meet me at a landmark which they never concurred to as they hung up the call. I got charged for the trip. I spoke to the manager who was so defensive and tried to pin everything on me and even told me they couldn’t send me the recording I had with the driver and that it has to be on their own terms. I recall having a right to my data under GDPR. I have made a complaint via their email and hoping someone reasonable could investigate. My advice is never to link your debit card to their app as if I was paying cash, I wouldn’t have had this problem."

"App says driver is 4 minutes away. Taxi driver parks two houses away and does not tell me. He then leaves. I was still Charged for this job. Supervisor was the most rudest, dismissive, arrogant person I have ever spoken to. I have NEVER come across someone so nasty!!!! No refund was given. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"Great Taxi firm professional and well organized. took us to Birmingham airport taxi arrived on time even text to tell me what make, model and colour of car it was, on way back flight was one and half hours late, driver waited all that time kept in contact with him through the app. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
