"£10 journey. Hit road works close to address. Driver did not follow diverson signs and drive us up and down the same road twice. Dropped us off on the middle of a main road and charged £25, still had to work home. Poor service, rude driver, with no knowledge of his own local area. Do not use this company."
"We stayed in Nottingham for the night for a festival! Wow what an amazing taxi service, so cheap! No scams, such honest and comforting taxi drivers. Would do their best to help you, taxi driver waited for us after festival and stayed on the phone until we could find him! Couldn’t have been a better taxi company, the booking guys on the phone was also so helpful and amazing! Thanks so much for such a cheap ride! Whilst we was waiting for NG taxis another taxi company, “Nottingham Taxis” offered us home for £30!!!! NG taxis was only £11!!! Wow!!!"
"Booked a taxi to go to the station, quoted £15, said we would get cash out to pay at station atm. Driver turns the wrong way, takes us further away from station through a busy residential zone, then arrives at a garage with a broken atm. Eventually get to station, but the detour meant that it was over 20 quid and we had to run for our train. When we asked why he had gone wrong way he said his route was the only way. Not impressed and won't recommend using them"
