"The staff are homely & nice, the self service tills are a bit rubbish seem to break down frequently. Possibly, all three self check outs being in constant use because of all the bargain priced stock, a higher volume of customers with large quantities of items than the tills were designed to cope with!!!"
"Uncomfortable. I didn't pick a basket up because of covid. Can catch it through touch too. A store detective came flying out the store and followed me in. I refused to move until she moved on clearly not buying anything. Then a lady from the till took over. I walked off slowly. Dreadful. I was treated with suspicion before I even stepped in the shop! Not nice! I did my shopping and paid. I don't think I will use it again. By the way, my skin colour isn't white. I wonder if that had any bearing on how I was treated? Not pleasant at all."
