"Hugely under staffed, staff on duty are under massive pressure and sadly appear poorly trained. Boots has gone from an High Street icon to a poor, tired and aged company that clearly has lost it's way."

"Very rude staff, 3 stood behind the till and didn't other to even look up u til 5 minutes after. Didn't want to help with my important prescription, told me to go else where and when I asked what I could buy over the counter to help they said o. So tried to book flu jab because they had signs up everywhere to then be told they don't do flu jabs. Biazzare, absolutely awful experience"

"Visited other pharmacies who could not fulfil my prescription. Thankfully, Boots could. The staff were very helpful and very nice. We also visiyed the shop area and was helped by a lovely young lady called Brooke so helpful and polite. What a lovely group of people."

"Every time I needed something from this pharmacy in the last 8 months or so, it’s been a hassle. The prescriptions are never ready, they are closed during working hours, they often don’t have the medication too. It’s very frustrating. It feels like they are going downhill."

"They are now so understaffed they no longer operate the late night pharmacy hours at all. They are also, incredibly, quite regularly closed during weekday and weekend daytimes. Reasons posted on the doors include IT problems, general short staffing, and inability to get a pharmarcist. Sometimes a pharmacist visits for a few hours allowing the shop to randomly open for a few hours. The phone often goes unanswered making it difficult to know when you can come and collect your prescription. In fairness, if you show sypmathy to the staff that still work there, some of them are very sympathetic and as helpful as they possibly can be to your predicament when you're left without your prescription medication for days on end."
