"Hazel and Rob are absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job at grooming our cockapoo. They are very welcoming, friendly and professional. We recently moved to Portishead and needed to locate a groomer as our dog was due a cut within a few weeks, and so in the meantime he started to get more matted even with brushing him weekly (we just had a baby days after moving so we’ve not had as much time to brush him). Hazel did a brilliant job getting all of these out and still did a great job of not making him look skinned. He came back the happiest dog wagging his tail with his new groom. I can’t recommend enough. We’ve booked our next two appointments to avoid waiting as long this time. Also one more thing to mention is his fur is so soft (even a month later). They use amazing products that smell incredible, I wish they did them for humans!"
