"If I could give - 5start I would!! I Placed a large order beginning of November with paying extra for express delivery, week later i notice one of the order didn't have the logo i need, I request to pay the logo cost and for them to add the logo as the order wasn't processed yet. Costumer Service not will to help their answer to everything was cancel and re order. Cut story short loads of emails back and forth was agreed to cancel one item and I would reorder which obviously had to pay extra delivery cost. Week later checking the progress notice the person had only gone and cancelled the wrong item. Trying to resolve the issue i kindly asked for the order to be amended as per our earlier email conversation. Unfortunately their poor Costumer Service again was not willing to help was asked to cancel and re order of course you end up paying more postage again. If I had an option i would avoid dealing with them."
"Ordered a pair of Nike Terrascape 90’s. Received the order and the wrong colour trainers were in the box, not only that they were just thrown in a random box with no padding or packaging. I’m the meantime the trainers I actually ordered had sold out. They then took around 7 days to return my funds. Absolutely shocking customer service, no apology or explanation. Won’t use them again. Pathetic company."
"Pro-Direct have great prices and their website is great when managing different clubs and teams, but that's about it sadly. You can't get hold of them on the phone and their chat function doesn't always work. When it does, they ask you to email the team who don't reply for a few days. When you place an order using the bulk ordering system, it tells you how many of each size are available, but this isn't actually correct. If you click on a size at a time from the top drop box, it's here that it tells you the size is out of stock and not due until whatever date. Once you have placed the order, the date mentioned can then change (these things happen), but they don't contact you to let you know that items you were expecting in a few weeks won't be here for 2 months. I ordered kits for several local teams in September and one of those teams still hasn't got their away shirts. Ordering from websites that don't display a phone number is always a red flag for me, but options were pretty limited on this occasion. If you are going to order from Prodirect and you are in a hurry, ensure that the goods are definitely in stock and not just showing as available with the manufacturer, as you will end up waiting a long time. The items that were in stock, were despatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days, but sadly that doesn't help the one team of kids running around playing football with no kit after 6 weeks."
"Now, was looking for the cricket Gray Nicolls Halmet in green color for a while and luckily found it with Prodirect. As per what they mentioned in their website, they were prompt and I received my order through DHL all the way from Uk to Dubai in 3 days time. Now I did saw some some negative reviews, however, as per what I have experienced, I did email them and right away I received their email in return without any delay. Product quality is amazing and I’m very very happy with them. For sure I would use them in future and my suggestion to all the buyers, make sure to order stuff from them. Thanks Prodirect !!! "I never leave reviews but today, I’ve had to Pro:Direct are usually really good but I’ve had a problem with my order and the customer service has been very poor. I have to cancel an order that I made because I bought a pair of boots with next day delivery, they didn’t arrive. I then emailed them and TWO days later they replied saying “yeah they’re not in stock” which is very annoying as they shouldn’t have let me order them in that case. I then reply back asking when they will be back in stock and I, of course, have to wait another 36 hours for a response. (They say they don’t know) I then decide that’s enough and ask for a refund and to cancel my order, which they said I could do, and I’ve heard nothing back. I got an email today saying that my issue had been resolved! No it hasn’t, nothing has changed. They don’t reply to emails for about a day and the live chat doesn’t work. I don’t know how I’m supposed to amend this problem."
